The hotel is a wonderful spot, very clean and tidy rooms, at good rates, close to restaurants and other attractions in Launceston. The service is very friendly and welcoming. The location is excellent to explore Launceston, not too far from the CBD, and close to the Hospital. Dining experience with a small kitchen available. Excited to visit again soon.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were exceptional, spacious, and tidy, with a nice dining area and a great selection in the mini bar. The service was top-notch, and the staff, including Lincoln the dog, were friendly and informative. The location was excellent, within walking distance of the CBD and close to major attractions. The dining experience was delicious overall, but the coffee was a bit tasteless. The facilities were well-maintained and made my stay very convenient.
